Everything was great but our room was on the ground floor and even though it was deluxe the room seemed very small. Other than that location was great & staff were very helpful.

携程帮我们和酒店沟通确认可以由别人代我们送行李至酒店前台寄存，但实际送达时客服不让寄存，这点我觉得很失望，造成了我们很多困扰和经济上的损失，客服出尔反尔让人不解。不过房间还行，位置不错，服务意识真心不行。

Decent hotel though some rooms are very small. It’s a little pricey for what it is but it is clean which is a positive.

这一间酒店绝对是我去过最奇特的
虽然check in?嘅时候，希望可以得到一间较为安静嘅房间，或者可以安排上一层
不过上一层订单满了绝对不紧要，
但职员说，房间的安排，绝对是安静的房间，
住了五天，非常可惜，每一天早上，都是非常嘈吵的声音??就连不同房间的出入声，升降机的蕯蕯声，都非常显赫
去到了第四天，
在冲凉前，要求职员今日不需要清洗，但非常遗憾，在冲凉的期间，职员突然间走入来清洁，感觉真的非常不自然
